We are having some drainage issues where the gray water (water from our all our water except the sewage) is supposed to be draining out to the pond, but instead it overflows into the cistern tank. The cistern tank is ONLY supposed to have rain water from the roof in it. So, right now, the water is pretty nasty in the cistern tank. This problem is not an immediate emergency, but needs to be fixed. We only intended on using the cistern tank water for gardening and if emergencies arose from the rural pumped water. If the problem does not go away with some roto rooting of the drainage pipes, we may have to do some digging up of the yard to find out where the problem is. Most likely it is tree roots invading the pipes, but we will have to see. The problem is the distance from the house to the pond is a good distance. If there has to be digging done, we will get a quote. If it is more than a $1000- $1500, Brian will probably just buy the excavator attachment for the tractor and do the digging ourselves.
Ok, back to the tractor......

Ohhh....ahhhhhh....

Oh gosh! I so can't show these photos to my husband. He is lusting after tractors so bad. In the meantime we have to either rent one or ask our neighbors to mow for us.
I know once we get one - life will be so different for us. Congrats!
I can imagine how badly Bo would
like one and can imagine how much he would enjoy it. That baby is taking his/her sweet time!
